i cant wait for th shopping i can do in m'sia!
but i cant be at SK tomorrow for frisbee. so means my name will be off the list. i hope i can catch up and get on the list again. i mean thats the only thing i can acheive in ulti at least. and i think my stamina is getting worst i hope i can really improve:(

anyway im getting heavier. OMG fatssss.
