yes im back from school, and no my laptop is still not fixed. im gettin damn annoyed by Hp i swear. i mean comeon its a software problem so they ask me to go to school. and THE FKING THING IS NOT OPEN. how the hell am i suppose to fix it before school start. and i cant even reboot/config whatever that is to my com. fking stupid, imagine people asking you to go everywhere in school carrying the fking heavy laptop to get it fking fixed. and noo.. everywhere is fking CLOSED. i swear im not gonna get hp stuff ever again! I SWEAR. its the second time its caused me problems in like what ONE YEAR?
ive decided to go all the way down MYSELF to get it FIXED. wha, so great huh. got delivery warranty, got carry in whatever shit. sound so nice, in the end still have to go down BY MYSELF. so how? WANNA PAY FOR MY CAB FARE? dont know how im gonna physco my mum to bring me down, cause i have totally NO IDEA how to go down by myself.

this is a post of ranting and all, im not smearing HP's name, im merely just giving feedback and my opnion. maybe in the future advising my friends and everyone around me to NOT purchase hp stuff.
